Patient Experience Reports

We want to improve patients' experiences of healthcare in Wakefield. As part of that commitment, quarterly reports collating various sources of patient feedback are produced by eMBED Patient Experience Service. 

 

Patient experience information supports the CCG in making decisions about local health services. We listen to local people's experience of services to help decide priorities for the future, and to help plan services that enable people to stay in control of their own health and wellbeing.
