We are COVID-secure
The Government has produced guidance to help employers and employees work safely during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have used this guidance to complete a risk assessment for our office building, White Rose House.
The COVID-19 Secure Risk Assessment sets out the steps we have taken to ensure a safe workplace.
It is a dynamic document, which will be updated regularly to reflect any changes.
The COVID secure declaration demonstrates that the risk assessment has been completed for White Rose House, and that:
- cleaning, hand washing and hygiene procedures are in place
- all reasonable steps have been taken to support people to work from home
- all reasonable steps are being taken to maintain a 2metre distance in the workplace
- where people cannot keep 2 metres apart that we have ensured at least a 1 metre distance, and have taken all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk.
