Important information about this website
NHS Wakefield Clinical Commissioning group ceased to exist on 1 July 2022. We continue to work with health and social care colleagues to improve outcomes for people in Wakefield District and West Yorkshire as Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership and part of NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
The change means that from 30 June, this website will be archived and will no longer be updated. A new website for the Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership will launch on 1 July.
NHS Wakefield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is currently working on developing our website to ensure it is more accessible.
