Using your GP practice during the pandemic

We are asking people who have used their GP practice during the pandemic to tell us what worked well and what could be improved.

Have your say

An opportunity to have your say.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way GP practices work, using different ways to support patients to keep them safe at home. This has included using digital methods such as video and phone calls instead of face to face appointments. Some GP services, like clinics and health checks, have not been happening.

We are asking people who have used their practice during the pandemic to tell us what worked well and what could be improved.

You can find the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/seeingGPinWF

If you want more information or help to complete the survey, please  email: wakccg.engagementnhsnet or call us on 01924 315746.
