Wakefield District Health & Care Partnership – brand identity survey

Wakefield District Health and Care Partnership works to support and improve the health and wellbeing of local people. It is one of five places included in West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership and includes NHS organisations, Wakefield Council, Healthwatch Wakefield, education, housing and voluntary and community sector organisations.


By working together, we aim to provide the best possible health and care for local people, supporting people in their personal goals to have the best possible health and lifestyle they can, for as long as possible. We work to reduce health inequalities across Wakefield District, providing accessible, quality, value for money health and care services for everyone, in all our communities.

Previously referred to as Wakefield Integrated Care Partnership, the new name of our partnership will be Wakefield District Health & Care Partnership.  Our partnership is evolving, with changes in the NHS and in social care, in particular with the Health and Care Bill, which is expected to come into effect from 1 April 2022. As such, we need a new brand and identity, which helps to demonstrate what our partnership is all about and the way we work together to support the health and wellbeing of all our communities in Wakefield District.

We want you to help choose our new brand identity!

Three design concepts have been developed for our new brand identity, following a small number of focus groups. Staff and stakeholders across the partnership are now invited to indicate their preference, and any feedback they may have, on the concepts. The responses will then be considered to inform any further development of the design concepts, after which they will be presented to our partnership board for final approval.
